Welcome to Emily Shuckburgh Class. We are a class of Year 1 children. Our class Teacher is Ms Clarke. Our Teaching Assistants are Ms Watts, Mrs Hallett and Mrs Scott. We have PE on a Tuesday and a Friday with Mrs Antliff.

All of our classes are named after famous scientist this year. Emily Shuckburgh OBE FRMetS is a climate scientist, mathematician and science communicator. She is Director of Cambridge Zero, the University of Cambridge's climate change initiative, Academic Director of the Institute of Computing for Climate Science, and is a fellow of Darwin College, Cambridge.
Homework Expectations.
The children will bring their homework home on a Friday and it is expected to be returned the following Friday where we will mark the work together. The children will receive two pieces of homework, a piece of Maths and a piece of SPAG. The children are also expected to read their Little Wandle reading book daily. In the Summer term Phonics revision will also be provided.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
