Dr Seuss Class
Welcome to Dr Seuss class! We are a class of Year 2 children and our class teacher is Mrs Du. Mrs Bridge and Mrs Scott are our teaching assistants. Mrs Antliff will teach us PE lessons every Tuesday afternoon.
This year, all of our classes are named after famous poets. Theodor Seuss Geisel was an American children's author, illustrator, animator, and cartoonist. He is known for his work writing and illustrating more than 60 books under the pen name Dr. Seuss. His work includes many of the most popular children's books of all time, selling over 600 million copies and being translated into more than 20 languages by the time of his death.
Homework Expectation
The children will bring their homework home on a Friday and it is expected to be returned the following Friday. The children will receive two pieces of homework, a piece of Maths and a piece of SPAG. It is also expected that your child regularly read and uses Tackling Tables at home after Christmas.
